There is lot of ambiguity regarding my current job as some sense of insecurity has crept in, because of my delayed confirmation. Will I get permanent in my job? Or should I try to relocate some other state, which can mean making a lot of adjustments and bit complicated process for me.
Greetings from New Age Astro.
You are born in Gemini ascendant, with its lord Mercury sitting in 5th house. And your current Maha dasha (major period) is of Venus and sub period is of Mercury. Both are friends and favorable, since they govern trine houses in your horoscope. Now coming to the question of relocating to other state - Since Venus is in with Rahu – this combination can make you travel or think of moving to some other place in general. Also judging the transits, Saturn is also making connection to natal Venus and Rahu, making this feeling stronger about relocation. But as you said relocating can mean lot of adjustments and complications – so let’s look at other option, about your confirmation at your current Job. Well we feel that after September 2009 things can start to improve at your work place. Also, the current period is quiet good as far as job is concerned, so if you’re anticipating confirmation, be optimist as stars favor that. We don’t see the chances of relocation.
Note the native didn’t have to relocate and is still happily working there as of Jan 2010. |

| Management Worker Conflict |
|
This is a very recent case in Mumbai, where a large engineering company had to lock out because of aggressive behavior of workers. Around November last year, the workers had assaulted the key management people of that company. The reason was workers needed a hike along with perks as the earlier contract was bound to end shortly. Management was in no position to agree the hike demand and perks, as company was not making enough. Eventually Management decided to give a marginal hike and amend the contract. But this infuriated workers and few of them assaulted key people.
The query was regarding the way ahead and would there be a solution? Or is Lock Out the only option?
We received the query very next day after the assault & horary chart was studied for the same, and it was evident that the workers were bound to take aggressive stance along with some violent behavior as Rahu was key indicator, representing the workers. After studying the chart, the first thing we advised management to take complete police protection and additional security to avoid any further such incidence. In the chart it was evident that things won’t go to the extent of lock out and there would be solution by agreement with both parties benefiting from it. But the company went ahead with lock out after 10 days from the assault incident.
The chart indicated that after 20 Dec 09, workers stance would be normalized, and they would start thinking in much sober manner. The period around 15 Feb 2010 was looking more promising for things to get sorted out and there are chances that the new contract can be signed by them.
2, Jan 2010, it was confirmed to us that the Lock out was over and majority of workers pleaded guilty and signed the undertaking that in future no such malpractices or mis-behavior would be done from their part. 10/15 workers who were actual involved in assault were not considered. Regarding the signing of new contract, it is decided that around Mid Feb, the new contract would be signed and workers are ready for that – This is the same period around 15 Feb, which we had given for signing the agreement between the two parties. |
